On today's Teacher Talk, we are chatting with Abby Hoskins, Birth to Five Illinois Regional Council Manager, about the newly released O.W.L. Early Childhood Resource Hub.
Abby shares with us how collaboration with the Sauk Valley STARS Coalition and Birth to Five Illinois: Region 47 came together to create awareness about the needs of our littlest learners and the creation of the online resource hub.
