Meet Success By 6 Steering Committee member, Liz Gibson! Liz serves as the Regional Manager for Birth to Five Illinois: Region 32 and she helps lead our Success By 6 Early Childhood Workforce Development Action Team. We asked Liz to share her perspective on the workforce needs of our early childhood service providers, as well as how Success By 6 is seeing to empower our network to address childhood trauma and prevent burnout.

Success By 6 is an early childhood community collaborative dedicated to supporting our community through family and parent engagement, early behavioral and mental health services and greater awareness of resources for parents, caregivers, and early childhood providers.
