Jumpstart to the Rescue - Breyania Strong & Family

My family has been through a lot recently, and I am so grateful to have the Jumpstart program to lean on when I need help being “mom”. I moved out here with my children to provide them with a life that other areas of the state wouldn’t allow. This program helped me find a doula, answered simple questions that I couldn’t find the answers to, and even provided fun activities for me to do with the kids.

With the negative experiences I have had that I believe are based on my race, I have full intentions of helping others understand how this affects my children and their path to becoming young adults.
