ABOUT
The mission of the ROE26 IRIS Community Collaboration is to provide the ROE26 Region with a streamlined referral and intake process to support social service agencies in connecting community members to resources while working to increase the enrollment and retention in Early Childhood Education and Care programs.

• Grow the number of social service agencies participating in IRIS by 50%.

• Participate articipate in CS3 Collaboration Institute.

• Conduct assessment, agreement, and monthly coaching sessions.

• Serve 18 school districts and onboard at least nine school districts.

• FY23 Grant Details

  $62,000

  • Present information on IRIS to an Interagency Council in each of the four ROE26 region counties.

  • Create an advisory board, including at least six Early Childhood Education partners, that meets monthly.

  • Purchase IRIS, train ROE26 IRIS Community Collaboration staff in the launch and implementation of IRIS, and plan for launch date.

  • Identify 30 key social service agencies and begin the implementation process into IRIS.

La misión de ROE26 IRIS Community Collaboration consiste en facilitar a la Región ROE26 un proceso de admisión y derivación simplificado, con el fin de ayudar a las agencias de servicios sociales a enlazar a los miembros de la comunidad con los recursos disponibles, al mismo tiempo que se trabaja para incrementar la inscripción y la retención en los programas de cuidado y educación infantil temprana.

• Aumentar en un 50% el número de agencias de servicios sociales que participan en IRIS.  

• Participar en CS3 Collaboration Institute.  

• Realizar sesiones de evaluación, acuerdo y entrenamiento mensual. 

• Prestar servicio a 18 distritos escolares e incorporar al menos nueve distritos escolares.

  $62,000

  • Presentar información sobre IRIS a un consejo interinstitucional en cada uno de los cuatro condados de la región ROE26.

  • Crear una junta asesora, que incluya al menos seis socios de Educación de la Primera Infancia, que se reúna mensualmente.

  • Comprar IRIS, capacitar al personal de ROE26 IRIS Community Collaboration en el lanzamiento e implementación de IRIS y planificar la fecha de lanzamiento.

  • Identificar 30 agencias clave de servicios sociales y comenzar el proceso de implementación en IRIS.
