  • Participate in at least one to two developmental screening events to help parents understand the benefits of developmental screenings.

  • Participate in four to five outreach events with other Coalition members to meet community needs.

  • Develop and implement four to five group connections to provide opportunities and new learning experiences for parents, family members, and caregivers to build social connections.

  • Establish one to two new partnerships with community members to promote recreational activities and services to strengthen relationships and establish trust between families and community members.
